Job Summary:

Our client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing bank and trust accounts, processing financial transactions, and providing administrative support to the finance team. If you have a strong finance background and excellent analytical skills, we want to hear from you!

Salary Range: Up to $100k + superannuation

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Manage bank and trust accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing financial reports and statements
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations
• Strong finance background and analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
