About the Role:

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the front-of-house teams across both facilities, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service. Your role will involve:

• Managing daily FOH operations, including rostering, training, and staff development
• Driving exceptional customer service standards
• Overseeing cash handling, stock control, and compliance with food safety and RSA regulations
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize efficiency and service delivery
• Implementing strategies to maximize sales and operational performance

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated hospitality leader who:

• Has proven experience in restaurant, café, or bar management
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Leads by example with strong communication and people management skills
• Holds a current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willing to obtain)
• Is adaptable, organized, and passionate about providing a seamless dining experience
