Position Overview:

As a Shift Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shifts. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for great food and beverages and exceptional customer service! You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing cash handling, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close as scheduled, ensuring all operational protocols are followed.

- Lead and manage the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive team dynamic.

- Handle cash management accurately.

- Train and motivate staff on product knowledge, including our extensive beer selection and menu offerings.

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and resolving any guest concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional events and enhance guest experiences.
