About the role

Mandurah Outboards' is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Service Technician to join our team in Mandurah & Peel WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of marine engines and equipment, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair issues with outboard motors, inboard engines, and other marine equipment
• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on marine engines and equipment
• Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble engines and components
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations
• Maintain detailed records of work carried out and parts used
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in marine mechanics or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in the repair and maintenance of outboard motors, inboard engines, and other marine equipment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
