About the role

Narellan Pools Albury is seeking a full-time Pool and Spa Service Technician to join our team in Albury, NSW. As a Pool and Spa Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and servicing to our customers' pools and spas in the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning, testing, and adjusting chemical levels
• Diagnosing and repairing any issues with pool and spa equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
• Providing expert advice to customers on the proper care and maintenance of their pools and spas
• Documenting all service work and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Experience in pool and spa maintenance (preferred, but not essential - training will provided)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of pool and spa issues
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our clients
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed
