POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Full Time

Poolwerx is Australia's largest franchised pool and spa care network. Poolwerx Keperra services clients throughout the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We have two retail stores, one at Keperra, and another at Ashgrove. We are looking for the ‘right person' to fill a full-time position, as a mobile service technician. Pool experience is desirable, but not necessary.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be customer focused with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

You must have a strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot problems and advise best action for the customers.

You must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain working relationships with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments

Water testing and adding of chemicals

Preparation of service reports via infield app

Observe and report pool equipment issues

Equipment repairs and plumbing.

Installation of new pool equipment & removal of old

Perform basic marketing activities while in field

Skills and Personal Requirements

No pool experience - no worries! We provide full initial and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed in this role.

Self-motivated

Physically fit as this position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling (such as pumps, salt, liquid chlorine).

Have a current valid Queensland driver’s license

Have good communication skills and follow precise instructions

Punctuality and reliability

Salary Range:-

The salary range depends on your level of experience or skill set.

Additional to the salary is superannuation, a company vehicle and phone.
