Following a 30 day trial period, this is a full time permanent position.
Essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills, phone, email and in person
- Present professionally in person
- Previous experience working in a high paced busy environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Word, MS Excel, PDF manipulation and familiarisations with printing and scanning tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and processes while being on the look out for improvement opportunities
- An eye for detail to ensure errors are identified early
- Ability to physically assist with labour intensive tasks of maintaining student equipment when required (immersion suits, life jackets and PPE clothing washing, cleaning, hanging and drying and preparing for the next course.
Highly desired
- Previous experience working in an RTO
- Knowledge of the Maritime industry
- Ability to document procedures and improve processes
Permanent full time position $55-$60K plus statutory super, sick and recreational leave
