The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role with Cargowise experience preferred. As an Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support
· Providing general administrative support to the logistics team.
· Maintain accurate internal export processes and customer/client details.
· Assisting with scheduling and coordinating shipments, including booking transportation and preparing shipping documents.
Learning and Development
· Undergo on-the-job training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics.
· Work alongside experienced employees, learning through observation, mentorship and practical tasks
· Task completion: Assigned to tasks and projects to gain experience and contribute to the teams work.

Seafast Logistics hope to provide you with the technical skills to allow you to excel in a Logistics Coordinator role.
· Import & Export Operations for all Trade-Lanes.
· Coordination of Consolidations including but not limited to: FCL, LCL, and Buyers Consolidations.
· Book and arrange freight movements with shipping lines and transport providers.
· Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
· Ability to maintain Profit/Loss on jobs.
· Review MO41s/cargo compatibility and seek Hazardous approval from Carriers.
About you
· Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
· The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment with an understanding of prioritising, planning and delegating as necessary.
