Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Console Operators across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and marketing strategies to drive sales, optimize profitability, and meet seasonal demands.
• Ensure all sites operate safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety audits and incident investigations.
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to enhance foot traffic and community engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales and costs, and work within set budgets to achieve business growth.
• Identify opportunities for site expansion, revenue growth, and innovation to meet evolving community needs.
