Panagakis Petroleum Pty Ltd is now seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service station, lead a team and drive business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast -paced retail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing staff, maintaining safety and compliance and meeting performance and sales targets. You will train, motivate and manage site staff to deliver outstanding service, manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control and ensure workplace health, safety and environmental compliance. You will also handle rostering, reporting and financial management and resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience

· AQF Associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma and 1 year of experience

· Strong leadership, communication and team management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and problem solve on the go

· Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in a retail environment
