Who We Are:
Hi there! We’re a leading Australian supplier of locally designed, premium furniture, and we’re currently on the lookout for a talented Trade Sales Manager to join our team. Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional design and quality to our valued clients – including interior designers, decorators, architects, and builders.
We’re a passionate, collaborative, and design-led team, and if this sounds like the kind of environment where you’d thrive, keep reading.
What You’ll Do:
As our Trade Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing relationships with our trade customer base. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence within the design and building industries while ensuring a premium, service-driven customer experience.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- CRM and Reporting: Use our CRM & ERP platform to track performance, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Furniture Knowledge: While direct experience as an interior designer is a plus, a deep interest in furniture, design, and the needs of trade professionals is essential.
What It Takes:
- A motivated go-getter, someone who is prepared to take on opportunity and work independently to achieve success.
- Proven experience in trade sales, account management, or a similar B2B role.
- Strong understanding of how trade professionals buy and specify furniture.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is highly valued.
- Familiarity with ERP tools like MYOB is highly valued.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys client interaction and developing long-term partnerships.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- A true passion for interior design, quality furniture, and premium materials.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Impact & Growth: Be part of a growing business where your contributions directly impact our success.
- Recognition & Reward: Great work is always acknowledged – we offer a competitive package and a performance-based bonus structure.
- Creative Collaboration: Join a passionate, high-performing team that loves design and thrives on collaboration.
- Work Autonomy: We trust our people to get the job done. You’ll have the freedom to make your role your own.
- Team Culture: Enjoy regular social events and get involved in industry shows and design events.
- Perks: Generous furniture discounts for you, your family, and friends.
