THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Maintain and update records and files within Project Management (BCS,Office 365)
- Accept, lodge and maintain building applications including in government portals (NSW Planning Portal)
- Prepare correspondence and documentation as required.
- Support other staff with general office duties.
- Provide reception and client support as needed.
THE ROLE
Responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions for building surveying firm, including preparing and lodging approvals (NSW Planning Portal) and assisting Project Managers with general tasks as needed.
Seeking applications from persons who are system led thinkers to join a high-performance team. A passion for task management, working to and improving company systems with a wide variety of projects.
ABOUT YOU
- Certificate in Office Administration or relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email clients).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
