About the Role

Top Up Labour Hire is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support the CEO and Director in strategic decision-making
• Analyse key financial trends across our labour workforce
• Prepare annual charge out rates based on financial results and forecasts
• Manage our funding facility to meet company demands
• Oversee the debtor team
• Monitor Bad Debt Protection Insurance policy
• Assist with external audits
• Lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• Attend regular meetings with management on financial performance and cash flow
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualities

• Experience in Labour Hire
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to produce accurate work of high calibre
• Practical and positive attitude
• Proactive approach to addressing issues and recommending improvements
