We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Management Specialist to lead a small yet mighty team within our People & Culture function. In this role, you’ll support the successful implementation of major change initiatives and design learning solutions that drive organisational growth and transformation.
You will coach business leaders and key internal stakeholders, equipping them with the expertise and tools to effectively navigate change, ensuring lasting benefits for both customers and employees. You’ll also be passionate about fostering continuous growth and capability-building among employees, leading the delivery of tailored programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organisation.

About Rural City of Wangaratta
The Rural City of Wangaratta was formed from the merger of the City of Wangaratta, the Shires of Oxley and Wangaratta and parts of the Shires of Beechworth, Benalla and Yarrawonga. Originally known as the Shire of Milawa when the municipality was created on 18 November 1994 it was renamed the Rural City of Wangaratta on 29 June 1995.
