The Role
We are looking for a project manager with successful extensive experience working on high volume. fast paced, and dynamic programs & projects for corporate clients.
If you have a strong mind for dates, deadlines, lead-times, dependencies, managing and processing data & information, doing things right the first time, problem solving, identifying risks and risk management, developing relationships, and a natural ability for strong planning and executions, then this role is for you!
You must be capable of efficiently managing large volumes of dynamic information and multiple project changes required by the client, while planning and managing multiple programs and projects from beginning to end, on time and within budget.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel and clients.
Signage experience will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Take full responsibility and ownership for large, fast turnaround signage programs for predominantly national corporate clients, and deliver smoothly and trouble free
Coordinate manufacturing processes and systems, including the planning, scheduling and refining workflows, to develop and supply bespoke signage solutions within timelines and budgets
Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong working relationships, trust, processes, accountabilities, and teamwork with clients to ensure large, dynamic, fast turnaround national programs are delivered
Work individually, or collaboratively with other department managers and staff (this may include direction of junior staff from time to time), to achieve the continuous improvement business initiatives and objectives assigned to you,
Undertake site visits, quality checks and general troubleshooting
Display strong understanding of all of the signage process, and oversee engineering and construction drawings & plans for projects and take necessary approvals from clients
Maintain comprehensive documentation relating to any project assigned to you
Build long term relationships with new and existing corporate clients to generate recurring business
Become the trusted signage advisor and clients 'go-to' partner
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2~3 years experience as a Project Manager
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Engineering
Signage experience is an advantage and is highly desirable
Quick learner
Must have excellent, high volume, information and data processing and management skills in Excel and other Office Software
Excellent systems & administration management skills & discipline
Proficient computer skills to manage work scheduling and material ordering
Project planning and execution experience using Gantt charting, preferably Microsoft Project
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
High level of accuracy while managing changing project requirements
Demonstrated strong business acumen and financial knowledge to independently manage jobs within budgets and on time
Ability to work to strict budgets, and negotiate and problem solve to stay within budgets
Demonstrated exceptional customer service while delivering successful outcomes
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
