We are a marine contractor, uniquely capable of self-performing the full range of specialised engineering disciplines to deliver complex marine infrastructure projects from design and construction through to commissioning. Projects include jetties, wharves, bulk loading facilities, dredging, reclamation, navigation aids, marinas, underwater pipelines, in Australia and internationally.

About the Role:
This is a new position in the company, driven by growth. Take the lead in driving the successful delivery of high-impact marine construction projects. You'll shape project timelines, coordinate resources, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure every milestone is met—on time and on budget
Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 for marine and civil works
- Plan and manage resources to keep projects moving efficiently and on time
- Collaborate with project teams to develop programs and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Track progress, analyse performance, and update forecasts for timelines, productivity, and cash flow
- Prepare and deliver clear progress reports while proactively managing risks and ensuring contract compliance
About you:
You bring proven technical expertise in project planning, ideally within the construction or marine sectors. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously—while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail—will be key to your success in this role.
Essential Skills/Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - preferred but not essential.
- Extensive experience in project planning, with proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 (P6).
- Solid understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes, and the interdependencies between these areas.
- Proven track record in managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of earned value techniques, critical path analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
