This position with an Award Winning, Premium Quality, Residential Custom Home Builder, will coordinate PLAN SA Development and Council Approvals and support the Building Project and Construction Delivery Teams. You will play a key role, liaising directly with clients to understand, define and facilitate architectural design concepts, coordinate engineering documentation, DA and Council Applications, working drawings, and action materials selections purchasing and procurement. Your objectives will be to leverage the company’s award-winning performance and expertise to create and enhance the client experience and relationships with discerning prestige clients and their projects.

Reporting to the Contracts and Administration Manager, the PLAN SA Portal and New Home Projects Administrator will engage with clients throughout the lifecycle of projects, and be the liaison between the client, design, and project teams. You will facilitate Development Planning and Council Approvals, update records via the Plan SA Portal and internal electronic project control files, and materials call-up schedules. Interacting with all departments and materials suppliers, you will align planning and procurement with overall project schedules and construction timelines. Your objective will be to translate planning and strategy into tangible outcomes to achieve that “wow-factor” in building delivery.

Suitable candidates will likely have minimum 5 years’ local experience in a similar Planning, Administration, Procurement, Coordination, or Scheduling role within new Project Home or Custom Design Home building in Australia. Experience with the Plan SA Portal, Development Approvals processes, project coordination and build methodologies in Adelaide combined with digital project administration programs and systems will be well regarded. You will apply your knowledge, ingenuity, and resourcefulness to build on the company’s significant capability and proven performance profile. An attractive salary will be negotiated to reflect the level of this highly influential opportunity.
