Dalski Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned engineering and construction company delivering critical infrastructure projects across NSW, ACT, and QLD. We are seeking a Construction Planner to play a key role in project scheduling, planning, and coordination. This position, based in Alexandria, Sydney, offers a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to make a significant impact on large-scale infrastructure projects.

About the Role

Based out of our Alexandria office, you will be responsible for Dalski’s growing portfolio, currently at $40 million for FY25, delivering projects ranging from NDIS/SDA, commercial, and industrial developments to transport and rail infrastructure for public, private, and defence clients. Supported by a growing team, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery—from initial planning through to final handover—ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with industry regulations. Clear and proactive communication with senior management, clients, and project teams will be essential in driving successful outcomes across this diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and Maintaining Project Schedules (Programs)
  • Conducting Critical Path and Delay Analysis
  • Managing Delays and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims
  • Resource Planning and Levelling
  • Cashflow and Revenue Analysis
  • Projections and forecasting for business growth and finance purposes

What You Need to Succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive
