We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Melbourne. This role requires a strong background in business analysis, project management, and ERP/integration projects. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps, and system documentation.
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion or act as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Oversee ERP and business application integrations, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong BA documentation skills – requirements gathering, process flows, and system mapping.
✅ Experience in project management, end-to-end project delivery, or Scrum Master methodologies.
✅ Knowledge of ERP systems, integrations, and business applications.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience in the FMCG industry or a similarly fast-moving sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
