The Role
As a Business Systems Analyst in Materials Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting and administering materials management applications during a key organisational transformation journey to S/4 HANA.
What You Will Be Doing

• Support and Administration: Manage and support materials management applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain application performance.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Improvements: Identify, build cases for change, seek approval, and implement improvements.
• Innovation: Drive technology initiatives related to ERP, mobility, and user experience.
• Project Execution: Plan and execute project tasks effectively.
• Change Management: Deliver changes and projects with minimal issues.

What You Will Need

• Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst with in-depth understanding of SAP MM module.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC 6, MM, EDI, S4/Hana, SAP FIORI, and Power BI.
• Knowledge: Experience in supporting SAP MM and configuring EDI with vendors.
• Related Processes: Understanding of SAP processes such as Plant Maintenance and Finance.
• Soft Skills: Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Tertiary qualification in IT/IS/Engineering.

• Mobility Solutions: Experience in identifying and implementing mobility solutions.
• Industry Experience: Mining industry experience.
• Asset Management: Knowledge of asset management concepts and processes.
