Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily workshop operations and team productivity
• Ensure production meets engineering and design specifications
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
• Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed
• Uphold safety standards and workplace compliance
• Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative and safe working environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in concrete production or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of engineering and design requirements
• Ability to manage production schedules and inventory efficiently
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Work in varied weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements
• Have or the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children card
• Have or the ability to obtain a driver’s licence and the ability and willingness to travel within the service region
