The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager / Production Supervisor to support our growing production operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements, manage diverse teams, and play an integral role in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing production operations to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

· Oversee compliance with industry standards, including TGA requirements (experience with this is highly advantageous).

· Drive process improvements and optimise production efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

· Manage the production of various dosage forms, including capsules, liquids, and semi-solids.

· Provide leadership, training, and support to the production team.

About You

You’re a motivated and experienced professional with strong organisational and leadership skills. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to think strategically.

What you’ll bring to the team:

· 2+ years of experience in a production or operations role (or related field).

· Familiarity with TGA standards and regulations is highly desirable.

· Experience with manufacturing capsules, liquids, and semi-solids strongly preferred.

· Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.

· Strong communication and team management skills.
