Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with operations and despatch department to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Analyse production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimise resource utilisation.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential production-related risks and disruptions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in production management, Engineering, or a related field or experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
