Lead the Next Chapter of a Growing Business

Frontline Services Group (FSG) is a dynamic collective of locally based fire service companies, with expertise in all aspects of building fire protection services.

A well-established subsidiary of ours, with around 20 skilled team members, serving a loyal customer base across multiple sectors is seeking a hands-on General Manager to take the reins from our founder and lead the business into its next phase of growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

As GM, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the company. This includes overseeing operations, driving performance, developing our people, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding fire protection services. You'll have the support and trust of the ownership team—but also the autonomy to shape the business your way.

Who We’re Looking For

You have strong experience in the fire protection industry—perhaps as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or even an Owner. You know the trade, understand the operational realities, and can lead both people and processes. You're commercially sharp, results-focused, and deeply committed to quality and compliance.

Location

This position is based in Newcastle, but we're open to candidates located elsewhere in Australia who are willing to relocate.

Previous experience with UpTick will be looked upon very favourably.
