Service Manager - Fire Protection

Circa $140k - $150k +Package
FSA accreditations desirable but not essential

A growing medium sized Fire Protection business are seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager to run their growing service division. The client have had a growth period over the last 18 months and have increased their service contract portfolio substantially.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a similar management role within Fire Protection
• Be used to managing teams of up to 20 staff and have the capability to grow the team upwards of that number.
• Have strong leadership and management skills.
• Have proven experience in fire protection systems, testing, and maintenance.
• Have a strong understanding of AFSS processes and compliance requirements.
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Be able to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail for workflow and quoting accuracy.
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have a proficiency in relevant software and systems for scheduling and reporting.
