About CPSN

CPSN exists to support and empower people living with cerebral palsy by providing tailored services, advocacy, and community connection. As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest in initiatives that advance the rights and opportunities of those we serve.

We live our values and purpose through embedding choice and human rights into the fabric of our organisation. CPSN is committed to involvement of people with cerebral palsy at all levels of the organisation in networking, advisory groups and other roles. Currently over 20% of our ‘office’ staff have lived experience with cerebral palsy. Similarly, the Board has Directors and access to advisors who have lived experiences with cerebral palsy. CPSN currently operates in a challenging environment where we strive to work alongside our subscribers and clients and enable them to direct and make their own decisions, consistent with our values. This occurs while complying with a complex regulatory and policy environment that is ever evolving, also in tight economic conditions. Over the last 18 months CPSN has evolved its business model to increase the emphasis on services for people with complex support requirements, while maintaining a commitment to the broader purpose.

  • Client Experience & Outcomes: Champion person-centered service models that uphold human rights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships that strengthen CPSN’s strategic position.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure services meet NDIS standards and accreditation requirements.

About You

You are a strategic leader with a passion for person-centred service delivery.

You bring:

  • 3-5 years’ senior management experience in the NFP sector
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS funding models, including plan budgets and SIL budgets
