As a Building and Pest Inspector, you’ll deliver easy-to-understand, professional reports within 24 hours, complete with high-quality images. You will assist clients in understanding often complex building terminology. Full training will be provided on our inspection reporting software.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive building and timber pest inspections for residential and commercial properties
• Performing Building Stage Inspections on residential new builds
• Identifying and reporting on structural issues, pest infestations, and other concerns
• Producing detailed reports using technology & software for inspections
• Highlighting key findings and recommendations to clients
• Maintaining thorough documentation of all inspections
• Collaborating with the team to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Staying current with industry regulations, building codes, and best practices
• Termite and Pest Control (if licensed)

What we are looking for

• Qualified Builder (minimum requirement 5yrs experience)
• QBCC Licensed Builder Low Rise (or above)
• Completed residential building inspection licence (preferred will be required for the job)
• Termite inspector (preferred will be required for the job)
