Suncoast Building Approvals is a well-established Building Certification Consultancy, proudly servicing South East Queensland for 27 years. We provide expert advice and private certification services to a wide range of clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Building Inspector to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting frame and final building inspections for residential construction projects. This role requires a high level of independence and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Located in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, or surrounding areas
✅ Extensive experience in the Building Industry
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage inspections efficiently
✅ Competency in reviewing building plans on a tablet and generating reports
✅ Level 3 QBCC Building Certifier/Inspector Licence (or currently studying towards it – preferred but not mandatory)
