The business offers a premium service, and has been established for over 15 years. We are looking for a special person for the long term, experienced, preferably qualified as a Builder (current or previous DBL/VBA) or current experienced Building Inspector, (with Cert III Code 8 & 10) who most importantly is personable, organised, proactive, and has exceptional attention to detail.

Our admin support team coordinate all of the bookings, and plan the jobs for our inspection team to make the most of their day, both from a productivity, and work life balance.

Inspections take place Monday to Friday during business hours.

You will undertake a variety of inspections within the scope of the current Australian Standards, across Melbourne Metro and by exception, some Victorian regional locations, including inspecting some of Melbournes most Affluent properties. The base region will be Inner East Metro Melbourne.

You will likely be an experienced inspector, Building trade qualified, and an accredited Cert III Code 8 & 10 for Timber Pest Inspections, looking to join a great team and be rewarded accordingly.

This is a unique and rare opportunity for someone with plenty of experience who is looking to share their expertise with others, from first home buyers, investors, downsizers and our more affluent clients.
