The successful candidate must have:

Support the planning and coordination of construction projects.

· Estimate costs, project timelines, and prepare reports on progress and compliance.

· Ensure all construction work follows building codes, zoning laws, and environmental standards.

· Oversee construction activities to verify quality and adherence to approved plans.

· Document findings, issue reports, and recommend necessary corrective measures.

· Offer guidance on building regulations, materials, and best industry practices.

· Keep detailed records of inspections, observations, and follow-up actions.

· Stay informed about updates to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
