The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated full-time Senior Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, and your professionalism and customer service excellence will set the tone for their experience with GO2 Health. You will manage a busy front desk, supporting a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive under pressure, demonstrate strong IT and CRM skills, and have a passion for delivering a seamless healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all patients are welcomed warmly and their needs are promptly addressed
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Utilise IT systems and CRM software to maintain accurate patient records and schedules
• Handle sensitive and confidential information in a compassionate and secure manner
• Assist in the coordination of patient flow, ensuring an efficient and smooth-running reception area
• Support team members with administrative duties and troubleshooting any operational issues
• Adapt quickly to changes and be proactive in resolving challenges with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Foster a collaborative environment with staff and patients, promoting teamwork and a sense of belonging
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, often complex environment

Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer service experience, with a commitment to providing a positive patient experience
• Proven ability to manage IT systems, CRM software, and various medical reception tasks
• High level of maturity and life experience, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role is desirable
