Senior Receptionist (2IC) Position:
Overview of the Position
Work with the Practice Manager and Local Partner to coordinate and lead the whole practice team
to:
deliver an amazing workplace for doctors /specialists/allied health partners and staff
provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients
ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice through the implementation
of evolving quality systems, frameworks and processes.
Duties& Accountabilities:
Train reception team members to perform both general and
key functions according to their strengths so that the team as
a group can perform all operational aspects of the clinic.
● Ensure all mandatory training and compliance activities are
completed on time
● Responsible to cultivate a positive team culture throughout
the whole clinic
● Coordinate and complete the onboarding and
induction/orientation of registrars, doctors and allied health
practitioners, ensuring adherence to the latest process and be
the primary point of contact for all doctor/registrar/staff
queries and complaints
● Change leader who helps the clinic/team evolve with the
Myhealth Medical Group in implementing new systems,
frameworks, and technologies
Casual Receptionist Position:
Overview of the Position
To ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to
our doctors and patients.
Reports to: Practice Manager
Principal Duties & Accountabilities
• Provide excellent customer service to doctors and patients
• Work and perform tasks according to established routines, methods and procedures
required for the day to day operation of the clinic
• In collaboration with the reception team ensure that the all task on the daily checklist are
completed and take responsibility for the accurate completion of task assigned by the
practice manager
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding clinical results and patient recalls
• Able to triage patients requiring urgent care and deal with emergencies in accordance to set
procedures
• Perform general housekeeping and tidying
• Maintains strict compliance with confidentiality policy
• Perform other tasks and duties as provided by Practice Manager and Practice Principal
