Mona Vale Golf Club is a Par 72 Championship Golf Course located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The course is directly connected to the south end of Mona Vale Beach at the end of Golf Ave, Mona Vale.

We are currently seeking a casual front of house Receptionist to join our fun and energetic team.

Hours

• Friday 10am - 6.30pm
• Sunday 9am - 4pm
• Personal & Annual Leave cover for full-time Reception staff

Being the first port of call for members and guests on arrival at the Club, some of your tasks will include:

• Greeting members and guests as they arrive
• Assisting members and guests with general enquiries, in person and via email or phone
• Taking bookings for in-house diners and functions
• Fielding calls for other areas within the organisation
• Processing new/renewed membership applications and payments
• Adhoc enquires and admin tasks

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent customer service skills, face-to-face, over the phone and email
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the organisation, and externally
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
• Golf knowledge is beneficial but not essential
• RSA is beneficial but not essential
• First Aid training is beneficial but not essential

Experience within the hospitality or registered club environment is not a necessity. Those with Reception experience of 1 year or more are encouraged to apply.

The position is an immediate start for training, with several shifts available from Friday 28th March 2025.
