We are seeking an energetic, mature, and highly organized Senior Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of front-desk duties, administration, and leadership.

Position Details:

• Initially a casual position, Approximately 3 days per week
• Supportive and friendly work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients and ensuring a warm, professional front-desk experience
• Managing staff rosters and supervising two casual receptionists
• Stock control and ensuring the practice is well-supplied
• Managing emails and phone communications (internal & external)
• Scheduling appointments and overseeing practitioner calendars
• Processing invoices and handling financial transactions
• Maintaining organized business records and administrative documents
• Keeping the reception area tidy, stocked, and presentable
• Performing general admin duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.)
