About the role:

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual? We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Essential Health Chiropractic located in North Kellyville, NSW. As one of our receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Booking and scheduling appointments, and managing the practice's appointment calendar
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, marketing and ordering
• Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

What we're looking for

• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or professional services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer softwares, including scheduling and patient management systems, Microsoft and Google
• Looking for someone who can work Wednesday's, Friday's and must be available Saturday morning, approx. 10-15 hrs per week
