About the role:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to our Project Managers, helping ensure seamless execution of shopfitting projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and updating project schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Managing tender processes, including submission tracking, documentation, and following up trade quotations.
• Liaising closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to communicate changes and project updates clearly.
• Handling documentation, including permits, SWMS, inductions, and certificates to ensure smooth project compliance.
• Organising site logistics, materials coordination, and assisting with trade management and scheduling.
• Maintaining accurate records, database systems, and helping drive overall project efficiency.

About you…

• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with trades, clients, and internal teams.
• Experienced in coordinating projects, ideally within construction/shopfitting (preferred, but not essential).
• Familiarity with project schedules, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
