Greenrock Building is seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to someone with strong coordination experience—ideally in insurance building or construction.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Scheduling and coordinating building projects to ensure smooth, on-time delivery

Issuing work orders and managing job timelines and budgets

Liaising with all stakeholders – clients, trades, insurers, and internal teams

Working closely with Estimators, Supervisors, and Admin staff

Updating systems, managing correspondence, and supporting reporting tasks

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in a similar role (building, insurance, or trade-based industries preferred)

Is a natural organiser with strong time management skills

Communicates clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders

Has a trade-qualified background (preferred but not essential)

Is tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of systems and tools (including AI and modern digital platforms)

Experience with Prime Ecosystems is an advantage
