The award-winning Walkers Arms Hotel is looking for a Casual Duty Manager with a bar, dining, accommodation and gaming focus, who is highly motivated, results driven and has a passion for customer service. Career progression is on offer for the right applicant.

We are searching for individuals with previous experience and who possess the following attributes:

• Must have exceptional customer service, professional attitude and presentation
• Oversee daily operations across multiple areas: bar, restaurant, events, gaming, and reception/accommodation
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential
• A hands-on approach with a "can do" attitude that leads by example
• Strong passion for bar, food and service
• Have a proven operational understanding in all facets of hotel operation
• Must have all relevant certificates and badges
• Experience with Bepoz and accommodation booking software is considered an asset
• Must be available 30+ Hours over a 7 day roster
