About the role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Jack's on Unley. As Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our club and gaming room, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Handling cash and financial transactions
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and other regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining the club's security and facilities
• Assisting with event planning and management as required

What we're looking for

• RSA, RSG and RP badge
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar duty manager or supervisory role within the hospitality or club industry
• Customers-first approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in cash handling
• Knowledge of liquor licensing, gaming regulations, and workplace health and safety
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
