Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our dynamic team, with 30 - 35hrs hours available to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee & manage daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional manner.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and support hotel staff on shift, ensuring a positive work environment and high productivity.
• Perform administrative tasks, including nightly takings and daily reporting.
• Manage the opening and closing of hotel facilities during your shift, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Communicate operational needs to senior management.
• Monitor service quality, seeking opportunities to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certification & Responsible Service badge is essential .
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
