About the role
As the Product Manager – Training Systems, you will lead the development and execution of product roadmaps for GP training systems and platforms. Reporting to the Head of Education and Training Systems, you will collaborate with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimise product value and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in product management, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to meet evolving business needs.
As our Product Manager – Training Systems, you'll also:

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps for GP training systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align products with business needs
  • Optimise value delivery, user engagement, and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvements through data insights and user feedback

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in product management of complex systems, preferably in training or healthcare
  • Proven expertise in managing product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and product value optimization in an agile delivery environment
  • Demonstrated ability to address challenges creatively and develop solutions that drive business value
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a growth mindset
  • Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
