The Role

We are seeking a specialist Human Resources Manager to assist in managing our HR functions and play a crucial role in supporting our firm’s growing workforce. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional with expertise in global mobility and employer sponsorship matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Support our skilled migration lawyers in cooordinating employer-sponsored visa applications for our own employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with business goals and legal requirements.
• Advise on global mobility workforce issues, including compliance with sponsorship obligations and visa pathways.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development strategies.
• Ensure workplace policies and procedures adhere to employment laws and best practices.
• Provide guidance on workplace culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Manage HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within global mobility experience.
• Experience managing employer-sponsored visas.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• HR qualifications and/or relevant business or migration experience will be highly regarded.
