The Role & Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be managing 2-3 high-end residential projects at once, overseeing every detail from contract negotiation to project completion. This is an opportunity to work on exclusive projects in some of Melbourne's most prestigious locations with jobs in Toorak, Hawthorn and Kew starting.

• End-to-End Project Management - Lead high-end residential projects, ensuring smooth execution from contract negotiation to final handover.
• Budget & Scheduling - Plan and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration - Manage and coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and trades to deliver exceptional results.
• Client Engagement - Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.

To Be Considered

• High-End Residential Expertise - Proven experience in managing luxury residential projects, particularly those requiring detailed architectural craftsmanship! Projects ranging from $5M-$8M
