About the role
The RACGP is transforming its website to enhance the digital experience for members. With an internal promotion creating an opportunity, we're on the hunt for a Project Manager skilled in website transformation, CMS implementation, and digital experience to spearhead this initiative.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you’ll drive complex projects aligned with RACGP’s digital strategy and work with project sponsors and the Head of Digital Transformation. You’ll oversee multiple projects, ensuring business value, quality, and efficiency while managing stakeholders, risks, finances, and change implementation for successful delivery.

As our Project Manager you'll also:

  • Lead the website transformation, from planning and design through to implementation and go-live, including CMS implementation and migration from the current system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define content migration, SEO, accessibility, and user experience strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, working with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project governance, including risk management, financial oversight, documentation, and compliance, while supporting change management for smooth transitions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading complex projects, including website transformation and CMS implementation, with expertise in platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, and Drupal.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • Expertise in risk management, project governance, and driving successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Experience in Agile/Hybrid project delivery models, web development processes, UX best practices, and SEO principles to ensure an optimal digital experience.
