About the Role

We are seeking an Asset Engineer with a focus on Secondary Systems to support the strategic asset management of our clients' assets. In this role, you’ll help optimize asset performance, balance risk and cost, and ensure compliance with ISO 55001 standards.

✅ Strategic Asset Management – Support the lifecycle management of Secondary Systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
✅ Policy & Standards Development – Develop and maintain asset policies, strategic plans, and maintenance programs, including end-of-life asset planning.
✅ Data Analytics & Reporting – Oversee asset data, incident investigations, and performance improvement strategies.
✅ Leadership & Mentoring – Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and contribute to the team’s vision and strategy.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong safety culture and implement targeted safety initiatives.

Salary banding between - $145,000 to $160,000 plus super we offer a competitive salary and are open to hear your expectations based on your experience. You’ll bring technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to confidently engage with teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or Professional Engineer registration in NSW (Electrical Engineering specialization).

Desired Qualifications

Postgraduate studies in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Project Management (highly regarded).
