Eco-Farms, an industry leader in organic fresh produce is looking for an experienced Production Manager with a professional approach to manage its Prepack business division.

The position is based at Homebush, NSW. We are searching for a candidate to share our passion for fresh produce with the ability to help manage existing team members as well as drive operational efficiencies.

This is a Full Time position with an annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation

Duties include but not limited to:

Managing production for all Prepack orders

Order & stock allocation & Prioritisation,

Stock Control & Rotation

Quality Control

Management of production staff

Procurement of packaging & Equipment

Management of all required Quality Assurance activities

The right candidate will possess the following skills, attributes:

Proven ability to manage a team of staff

Experience working with Fresh Produce and specifications

High attention to detail

Proven ability to meet work targets consistently

A high work-ethic

A willingness to learn new skills and develop themselves

Computer Literacy

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCES/SKILLS:

Extensive produce experience

Warehousing Experience

Staff Management
