About the role
This is a new role and the Campaign Manager (B2B) will be responsible for overseeing and executing online WB marketing strategies tailored to business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role combines digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of both digital and traditional B2B branding, marketing, and sales processes to engage business customers with the WB brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing leads online Creating digital marketing campaigns and presentations for our global sales team
- Leveraging SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media to drive leads and increase brand visibility.
- Brief and deliver trade collateral and catalogues via production team
- Develop relevant, high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, eBooks, and webinars to generate B2B prospects that address the needs of B2B audiences.
- Design programs to increase usage of B2B ordering platforms by existing B2B customers
- Design and implement prospecting and lead generation strategies tailored to B2B for action by our sales teams globally
- Work on strategies for nurturing leads through email sequences, landing pages, and webinars.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo to track and manage client interactions, conversions, and pipeline stages.
- Measure effectiveness through data analysis and KPI tracking (key performance indicators), such as ROAS, lead volume and quality metrics.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Ensure the company’s B2B brand is consistently represented across all digital channels.
- Refine positioning to appeal to businesses looking for solutions.
- Work closely with the global sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and to convert leads into clients.
- Handle the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the ROI of advertising spend.

About You
The successful candidate will bring their:
- B2B Understanding: Knowledge of the business purchasing cycle, enterprise-level decision-making processes, and long sales cycles.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track campaign success and optimise future initiatives.
- Communication and negotiation skills: Strong verbal and writing skills in the English language.
- Content Marketing Expertise: Strong skills in content creation and distribution tailored for B2B buyers.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising tools.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Ability to manage and align team members to key projects, campaigns, and other business activities/strategies., whilst managing other key stakeholders across the business
- IT/Software systems skills: Proficient in excel, CRM platforms & BI or analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business) gained in Australia
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant industry experience (wholesale, FMCG/retail, distribution )
