We’re a Chiropractic clinic in beautiful Byron Bay, run by a husband-and-wife team of Chiropractors. We're looking for a warm and highly organised receptionist to help keep our clinic running smoothly.

About the Role

Casual position: 4 days per week. It's essential that you're availability includes the following days and times:

Availability:

Monday: 11.45am - 6pm

Tuesday: 8:45am - 12:30pm & 1:45pm - 6:30pm

Thursday: 8:45am - 12:30pm & 1:45pm - 6:30pm

Friday: 8:45am - 12:45pm

Pay: Approximately $30p/h + Super (based on experience) under the Health and Support Services Award.

What We’re Looking For

Bright, friendly, and professional personality.

Highly organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Able to multitask and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Empathy and patience for people in pain, and a warm approach with children.

Preferably, experience in allied health or Chiropractic clinics.

Basic knowledge of nutritional supplements is a bonus.

Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage appointments, bookings, and payments.

Stellar communication with patients and practitioners.

Handle phone calls, emails, reports, and patient communications.

Maintain patient records (filing, scanning, and paperwork).

Assist with children and babies in the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow.

Occasionally run errands (post office, shops, etc.) and manage online product orders.

Packaging and posting online orders.
