About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Shree Mane' in Gledswood Hills, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
• Handling patient inquiries and answering incoming phone calls
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical information
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and inventory management
• Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment
• A warm and friendly demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
