Vivid Psychology is looking for a proactive, friendly, and highly organised Casual Receptionist to join our team in West Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new, tranquil office space, designed to create a calm and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

About the Role:

• 20+ hours per week, with potential to transition to permanent part-time
• Welcoming clients and managing appointments
• Handling phone and email inquiries
• Processing payments and invoices
• Maintaining confidentiality and accurate client records
• General administrative support for the psychology team

What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate availability
• Strong client-focused and professional communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a psychology or medical practice (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare & Mental Health Care Plans (advantageous)
